HDFC Sky baskets are regularly reviewed and updated to ensure they align with the model criteria set by the advisor who created the basket. This process might include removing stocks that no longer fit the criteria, adding new stocks, or changing the weights of the constituents.

When a HDFC Sky manager rebalances a basket, subscribers are notified through a reminder email. In addition, a 'Rebalance Pending' tag is attached to the invested basket, prompting you to take action.

As an investor, you have the choice to either accept or ignore the rebalance recommendation. If you prefer to retain the existing constituents of the basket, you can navigate to the ‘Rebalancing Pending’ section and click ‘Ignore’.

However, keep in mind that ignoring the rebalancing advice may impact the performance of your basket.

If you wish to proceed with the recommended rebalancing, visit the invested basket's overview page and click on the ‘Apply’ button.

A pop-up will then show you the details of the rebalancing, including which stocks are being sold or bought. To complete the process, click on ‘Execute’.

Note that this can only be done during market trading hours.
